2022 Arizona National
The Arizona National Livestock Show is one of the largest junior stock shows in the country. Each year the show hires a team of media interns to cover it.
In 2022 I had the opportunity to work with professional livestock photographers in and out of the show ring. I shot a daily average of 500 pictures, all submitted unedited.
The following are examples of my work during this internship. These pictures are the property of We Know Livestock.
Cal Poly's Western BOnanza Jr. Livestock SHow
That's a long-winded name. Western Bonanza is a completely student-run livestock show. It is planned and executed entirely by undergraduate students at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. This is the largest jackpot show in the nation, a hard-earned title.
Both film and photography were involved with this project. This media is intended for future social media promotion by the program.
Cal Poly's Bull Test and Sale
Bull Test is an enterprise class at Cal Poly where students get to participate in raising, marketing, and auctioning yearling bulls. During the 2022 Bull Test season, I helped capture student activities.
Team Headshots
One of my tasks was to take headshots for all Bull Test managers and committees.
